Splendida villa indipendente con piscina di acqua salata privata.

La villa si trova a 300 m da una splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca (Genn'e Mari) e a 100 m dal bar e ristorante / pizzeria più vicini. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca il relax totale e desidera trascorrere una vacanza senza dover utilizzare la macchina per fare la spesa, andare al bar, o al ristorante o in spiaggia. Tutto è infatti a pochi passi da Villa Ami.
La villa dispone di una piscina di acqua salata, è completamente climatizzata e dispone di wi-fi e di parcheggio per due macchine.
Villa Ami si sviluppa su 2 piani e si compone come segue:
Sala da pranzo-soggiorno con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato e porte finestre che conducono direttamente alla piscina e alla zona pranzo all'aperto. Un doppio servizio con lavatrice completa il piano terra.
Il primo piano è composto da: camera matrimoniale con bagno ensuite; una camera doppia e una camera singola. Tutte le camere hanno il vantaggio di balcone privato con affaccio sulla piscina.;
Un secondo bagno con doccia a pavimento completa il primo piano.
Lo spazio esterno è prevalentemente pavimentato ed è molto sicuro per i bambini di tutte le età. La piscina è visibile da tutte le camere e dalla zona giorno per cui i genitori possono rilassarsi tenendo d'occhio i propri figli.
L'area esterna è completa di barbecue in muratura, zona pranzo all'aperto e zona relax.

Villa Ami si trova a Torre delle Stelle e prende il nome da un'antica torre che domina l'intera area. Tutte le strade prendono anche il nome da stelle e costellazioni.
La villa è stata costruita secondo standard elevati e nel rispetto delle più recenti normative edilizie italiane. La posizione che occupa è particolarmente felice in quanto si trova a brevissima distanza a piedi da tutti i servizi locali. Il bar, il negozio e il ristorante più vicini si trovano a 100 metri di distanza. La vicina spiaggia dista 300 m.
Negozi e servizi.
Torre delle Stelle vanta 2 spiagge sabbiose facilmente accessibili, Genn'e Mari e Cannesisa e diverse calette che possono essere raggiunte in barca, in kayak o a nuoto.
All'interno del villaggio ci sono ristoranti, bar e pizzerie. Torre delle Stelle è tuttavia abitata solo parte dell'anno. Pertanto, negozi e ristoranti non sono aperti tutti i giorni do. Normalmente sono aperti tutti i giorni (7 giorni su 7) da metà maggio a fine ottobre. Per il resto dell'anno uno dei supermercati e i bar vicini sono aperti dal venerdì alla domenica compresi. È quindi possibile fare scorta di generi alimentari e cibo durante il fine settimana. Un'altra opzione sarebbe quella di andare in uno dei supermercati sulla strada per Cagliari. Il viaggio è di circa 15 minuti. I bar sulla spiaggia sono generalmente aperti da giugno a settembre.
Attività.
Entrambe le spiagge locali sono perfette anche per lo snorkeling e per le immersioni subacquee.
La spiaggia.
La vicina spiaggia di sabbia è assolutamente stupenda e il mare è molto sicuro per i bambini. Vado in vacanza qui da quando mio figlio aveva 6 mesi e il mio primogenito 3. Continuo a credere che sarebbe stato difficile trovare un posto migliore per noi.
Servizi e cosa fare ...
Lo snorkeling e le immersioni subacquee sono una vera delizia in entrambe le spiagge. Torre delle Stelle ha anche una scuola di immersioni che, tra le altre cose, organizza escursioni per subacquei esperti. Un vero favorito nella vicina spiaggia è un'antica nave da guerra situata a 1,5 miglia dalla spiaggia ea 56 m in fondo al mare (per subacquei esperti).
Altri servizi nel villaggio includono: campi da tennis, campo da calcio, campi da basket e parco giochi.
Torre delle Stelle si trova sulla costa sud-orientale della Sardegna. Cagliari, il capoluogo della Sardegna, e il suo aeroporto distano 37 km. Villasimius e le sue meravigliose spiagge distano meno di 20 km.

The perfect place for us to relax. Very good restaurants, supermarket and fantastic beach within walking distance. The communication with Angela and Karim, as always very pleasant. The house and grounds are simply beautiful and very private.

It was a quiet and relaxing location with the beach easily reachable just a few minutes by foot. Rosangela was very helpful with suggestions about the area and even helped with our Argritourismo dinner booking! I can recommend the location to any family the local beach and grocery store make it a location where you can spend the entire week without needing. to hop in your car.

The house is perfect, Torre delle Stelle is lovely (and has pretty much everything you could need), Genn'e Mari beach is stunning... if you wanted to, you could easily stay in TdS for a fortnight, but it is also the perfect base to explore the SE corner of Sardinia - gorgeous Cagliari is 45 mins away, Nora/ Pula is 1 hr, the Sete Fratelli mountains are just inland, and there are so many other amazing beaches on your doorstep... Angela and Karim are also fantastic hosts, and their recommendations for trips and places to eat were perfect. We had a fantastic fortnight here and cannot recommend highly enough!

The beach and sea are wonderful with amazingly clear water. The villa is well maintained, nicely furnished with good amenities and a lovely pool. The outer seating area creates a nice outdoor space. Karim and Angela were on hand to answer any queries we had and even gave us some welcome gifts in the kitchen when we arrived which were a lovely surprise. Coming home has been the most difficult part!

We finally managed to get back to Sardinia after having to postpone from 2020/2021, Angela was very understanding in allowing us to carry our booking forward until we could actually travel freely. The villa itself is clean, bright and airy with all the facilities you need. The outdoor area is tranquil and very private. A short walk to a glorious beach, beach bar, supermarket and 2 restaurants. If you are feeling fit, (we didn't have a car this time) there is a lovely new (to us) pizza restaurant called Farra up on the main road which provides an additional option of where to eat. All in all we couldn't have enjoyed our stay anymore and thoroughly recommend it.

We stayed at Villa Ami for one week in August with two small children, the location of the Villa is great, it’s only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, barssupermarket. Despite the town was extremely busy, the house felt like a quit green oasis due to its location off the main road, so it was great to relax in the beautiful green outdoor area around the pool. Mosquito repellent is definitely recommendable. The spacious house is the perfect size for a family and there were even some games and sand toys to bring to the beach. Karim and Angela were great hosts, always very responsive and helpful with everything. Great place to relax with the family and would definitely stay there again.

Die Villa Ami ist in einem wunderbaren Zustand, sehr sauber und modern. Zudem ist sie sehr durchdacht. Es gibt eine Außen Dusche, eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und es mangelt an weiteren nichts. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit Unseren drei Kindern (3,5 und 8)Der Pool ist fantastisch! Bitte seid aber immer sehr vorsichtig mit kleinen Kindern und Nichtschwimmern !!! Der Strand der Wohnsiedlung ist ebenfalls bombastisch. Er ist überhaupt nicht weit entfernt und selbst unser kleinster ist jeden Tag ganz entspannt dorthin gelaufen. Am Strand kann man Boote mieten und Sonnenliegen. Wir werden ganz bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Das Haus ist vollkommen empfehlenswert! Lucia und Familie

The house is conveniently situated very close to a small but well stocked supermarket, bar and pizzeria and within a few minutes walk of a lovely beach. We loved our stay at Villa Ami and would thoroughly recommend this property. One thing to be aware of is that it is situated in an area with unmade roads, with some bumpy stretches.

Binnen iets simpeler, alles wat nodig... behalve schaar maar die zijn er bijna nooit in huur huizen (raar, waarom???) Wel veel boeken (engels) te lezen tijdens verblijf. Zwembad-zout... maar je merkt er echt niets van! En geen chloor! Wij zijn er fan van geworden. Elke kamer eigen airco... maar het huis blijft er ondanks de hitte vrij cool. Qua winkels zijn er bijna geen in Torre Delle Stella. Naast het huis een supermarkt gesloten smiddags, maar dan wel zondag open. Eigenaar maakt verse maaltijden.. salades, lasagne, melazane.... zo opwarmen thuis. Ook een visboer op het terrein... verder is in het dorp een farmacie en nog een supermarkt die ook prima is. En dat is het. Echt winkelen moet je naar Cagliari...45 min. Restaurant in de buurt: Aquarium-pizza, cocktails en lekker buiten zitten. La Monestero ook goed genoeg en dichterbij dan de echt goede restaurants in Cagliari. Veel stranden bezocht: Genne e Mari, loop afstand van villa favoriet... klein, mooi, diepe baai,,, let op bijna geen bedjes/umbrellas te huur,,, dus alles meenemen. Wij waren weg van de restaurant links... met pastas en calamaris, 3x geluncht... andere rechts drukker en mooier maar alleen broodjes en voorverpakt salades. Strand solares ook prima... bedjes te huur bel vooraf Vanity Beach... wel 30 if 40 euro per set. Eten dan wel bij The White Box- grote en lekker uitgebreid voor zo een kleine strand. Het huis zit op terrein met een andere huis van dezelfde eigenaar, achter gesloten hek... heel fijn. En super fijne vakantie in super fijne huis!!!!!! Dank je Sardinia!

We had a wonderful week and we would highly recommend the villa and the area. It is a lovely modern property with a large and very private pool area - nice and near to the beach and a small supermarket/restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay -the villa is large and airy, with good wifi, tv etc (not that we used the tv) It is very well located from Cagliari - around 40 minutes and near to some other towns like Villamisimus which has more restaurants and shops. Torre Delle Stelle is very quiet outside of July and August so perfect for relaxing, swimming and reading. You can hire motor boats, pedalos and paddle boards at the beach (which is a nice 10 minute walk away) if you want to do more. We also enjoyed walking to the other beach which was slightly further away for a sunset swim. There are two small supermarkets and two restaurants open in the evening and that is it - so the town remains very unspoilt. Our only small comments would be - it might be more convenient to have a microwave in the property (we were always boiling milk on the stove for our coffee)a proper coffee machine and the mosquitoes nets on the windows did not keep out the insects - we were a bit plagued by mosquitoes in the rooms (if you don't have the air con on) and by the pool but it might have just been the time of year! We could also have done with another set of keys as there were 5 of us so we were back and forth to that gate a lot if we were not together. I would highly recommend this property and Angela and Karin were very friendly, response and easy to deal with.

We had already planned to buy a coffee machine that could also make cappuccino for all our properties and now we have one more reason to do it! Regarding the mosquitoes, I am really sorry they were a nuisance, usually there are very few if any in September as it usually does not rain. A very dry summer and some rain in early September have created the ideal environment for mosquitoes. We are currently looking at the best way to reduce if not eliminate the problem entirely. It will be more easily done in the inside but for the outside we will have to find a spray that does not harm the birds but I am sure we will find it. As for the extra set of keys, no problem at all! Karim did not probably remember to ask if you needed an extra set as he usually does. Sorry about this! Had we realised we would brought the extra set straight away! Some of the surrounding roads are effectively dirt tracks. It was ok but advise against a low suspension hire car. The road to villa was extremely bumpy on arrival but Sardinia (Italy in general) had an extremely wet May. We arrived to rain but then had great weather the rest of our stay. If you want a chilled holiday beach days/pool days then I would highly recommend. |

Splendida villa indipendente con piscina di acqua salata a 300 m dalla spiaggia di sabbia.

Ho il piacere di proporre in affitto Villa Dharma, la mia casa vacanze nella splendida Torre delle Stelle, nella costa sud-orientale della Sardegna. Villa Dharma ha il vantaggio di una piscina privata e di un incantevole giardino. La posizione della villa la rende ideale per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante senza dover necessariamente utilizzare la macchina. Villa Dharma si trova infatti a soli 300 m dalla splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca Genn'e Mari e a meno di 100 m dal più vicino negozio di alimentari, bar, ristorante e pizzeria.
Villa Dharma offre anche il vantaggio di due parcheggi. L'acqua della piscina è salata, il che la rende più sana e adatta a persone con pelle sensibile o allergica ai prodotti chimici.
Internamente la Villa si sviluppa su due livelli. Il piano terra è composto da: ampio soggiorno con cucina americana completamente accessoriata. Tutta la zona giorno è stata interamente ristrutturata.
Dalle ampie porte finestre si ha accesso ad un'ampia veranda coperta che si affaccia sul rigoglioso giardino e sulla piscina.
La veranda è perfetta per mangiare all'aperto e dispone di barbecue in muratura. C'è anche un bagno completo (quello blu nelle foto) con accesso esclusivo dalla veranda. A lato della villa abbiamo un'ulteriore doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda.
Il primo piano è composto da:
• 4 camere da letto (due matrimoniali, una doppia e una con letto a castello) •
2 bagni (di cui uno en-suite della camera padronale).
La camera matrimoniale e la camera con letto a castello hanno accesso ad una veranda condivisa da cui si vede il mare. Anche la terza camera ha un ingresso indipendente.
L'area.
La villa si trova all'interno dell'incantevole borgo denominato "Torre delle Stelle".
La posizione che occupa la villa all'interno del villaggio è particolarmente felice. Si trova infatti a brevissima distanza a piedi da tutti i servizi locali. Il bar, il negozio e il ristorante più vicini si trovano a 100 metri di distanza. La vicina spiaggia dista 300 m Percorribili a piedi.
Negozi e servizi.
Torre delle Stelle vantai 2 spiagge sabbiose facilmente accessibili, Genn'e Mari e Cannesisa e numerose calette che possono essere raggiunte sia in barca che a nuoto.
Ci sono negozi, ristoranti, bar e pizzerie nel paese. Torre delle Stelle è però solo parzialmente abitata tutto l'anno per cui negozi e ristoranti non sono quindi aperti tutti i giorni. Sono aperti 7 giorni su 7 da fine maggio a fine settembre. Per il resto dell'anno uno dei supermercati e i bar vicini sono aperti dal venerdì alla domenica compresi. È quindi possibile fare scorta di generi alimentari e cibo durante il fine settimana. Un'altra opzione sarebbe quella di andare in uno dei supermercati sulla strada per Cagliari. Il viaggio è di circa 15 minuti.
I bar sulla spiaggia sono generalmente aperti da giugno a settembre.
