La villa est idéalement située à 300 m d'une plage de sable blanc et à 100 m du bar et restaurant / pizzeria les plus proches. L'emplacement est parfait pour tous ceux qui recherchent une détente totale et le choix de passer des vacances sans voiture car tout est à une courte distance à pied de la Villa Ami.
Villa Ami a été construite il y a 6 ans par mon mari dans la célèbre communauté de bord de mer appelée Torre delle Stelle sur la côte sud-est de la Sardaigne.
La villa a l'avantage d'une piscine d'eau salée totalement privée et elle est entourée d'une zone pavée. La villa est entièrement climatisée et dispose d'un parking hors rue.
Villa Ami est répartie sur 2 étages et comprend:
Salle à manger-salon avec coin cuisine entièrement équipé et portes-fenêtres menant directement à la piscine et à la salle à manger en plein air. Un vestiaire invités complète le rez-de-chaussée.
Le premier étage est composé de: chambre principale avec salle de douche attenante; une chambre à deux lits et une chambre simple. Toutes les chambres ont l'avantage de leur propre balcon;
Une belle salle de douche familiale complète le premier étage.
L'espace extérieur est principalement pavé et il est très sûr pour les enfants de tous âges. La piscine est visible de toutes les chambres et du salon. Les parents peuvent ainsi se détendre tout en gardant un œil sur leurs enfants.
L'espace extérieur comprend un barbecue, un coin repas en plein air et un espace de détente.
La zone.
Villa Ami est dans le village renommé appelé «Torre delle Stelle» qui signifie littéralement «Tour des étoiles». Le village tire son nom d'une ancienne tour qui domine toute la région. Toutes les rues portent également le nom d'étoiles et de constellations.
La villa a été construite selon des normes élevées et en conformité avec les règlements de construction italiens les plus récents. Il est donc entièrement certifié en matière de santé et de sécurité. La position qu'elle occupe est particulièrement heureuse. Il est, en fait, à très courte distance à pied de toutes les commodités locales. Le bar, la boutique et le restaurant les plus proches sont à 100 mètres. La plage voisine est à 300 m et est également accessible à pied par les enfants.
Commerces et commodités.
Torre delle Stelle est une zone écologiquement protégée et sa beauté enchante les visiteurs depuis sa création il y a 40 ans. Il est donc devenu l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés du sud de la Sardaigne. Torre delle Stelle possède 2 plages de sable facilement accessibles, Genn’e Mari et Cannesisa. Elle possède également quelques criques de sable et de rochers accessibles en bateau, en kayak ou à la natation.
Il y a des supermarchés, des restaurants, des bars et des pizzerias dans le village. La Torre delle Stelle n'est cependant que partiellement habitée toute l'année. Les commerces et restaurants ne sont donc pas ouverts tous les jours de l'année. Ils sont normalement ouverts tous les jours (7 jours sur 7) de mi-mai à fin octobre. Le reste de l'année, l'un des supermarchés et les bars voisins sont ouverts du vendredi au dimanche inclus. Une autre option serait d'aller dans l'un des supermarchés à environ 15 minutes sur la route qui porte à Cagliari. Les bars de plage sont généralement ouverts de juin à septembre.
Activités.
Les deux plages locales sont idéales pour la plongée avec tuba et la plongée sous-marine.
Torre delle Stelle, grâce à sa position, est la région de la Sardaigne qui jouit du plus long été. On dit, en fait, qu'elle a son propre microclimat.
La plage.
La plage de sable voisine est absolument magnifique et la mer est très sûre pour les enfants. Je viens en vacances ici depuis que mon plus jeune enfant avait 6 mois et mon aîné de 3 ans. Je crois qu'il aurait été difficile de trouver un meilleur emplacement pour nos vacances.
Commodités et que faire ...
La plongée avec tuba et la plongée sous-marine sont un vrai délice sur les deux plages. Torre delle Stelle possède également une école de scuba qui organise entre autres des excursions en haute mer pour les plongeurs expérimentés. Un vrai favori sur la plage voisine est un ancien navire de guerre situé à 1,5 km de la plage et à 56 m de profondeur (pour les plongeurs experts).
Les autres équipements du village incluent: courts de tennis, terrain de football, terrains de basket et aire de jeux.
Torre delle Stelle est située sur la côte sud-est de la Sardaigne. Cagliari, la ville principale de la Sardaigne, et son aéroport sont à 37 km. Villasimius et ses magnifiques plages sont à moins de 20 km.

Rosangela was very helpful with suggestions about the area and even helped with our Argritourismo dinner booking! I can recommend the location to any family the local beach and grocery store make it a location where you can spend the entire week without needing. to hop in your car.

The house is perfect, Torre delle Stelle is lovely (and has pretty much everything you could need), Genn'e Mari beach is stunning... if you wanted to, you could easily stay in TdS for a fortnight, but it is also the perfect base to explore the SE corplus
The house is perfect, Torre delle Stelle is lovely (and has pretty much everything you could need), Genn'e Mari beach is stunning... if you wanted to, you could easily stay in TdS for a fortnight, but it is also the perfect base to explore the SE corner of Sardinia - gorgeous Cagliari is 45 mins away, Nora/ Pula is 1 hr, the Sete Fratelli mountains are just inland, and there are so many other amazing beaches on your doorstep... Angela and Karim are also fantastic hosts, and their recommendations for trips and places to eat were perfect. We had a fantastic fortnight here and cannot recommend highly enough!

The beach and sea are wonderful with amazingly clear water. The villa is well maintained, nicely furnished with good amenities and a lovely pool. The outer seating area creates a nice outdoor space. Karim and Angela were on hand to answer any queries we had and even gave us some welcome gifts in the kitchen when we arrived which were a lovely surprise. Coming home has been the most difficult part!

We finally managed to get back to Sardinia after having to postpone from 2020/2021, Angela was very understanding in allowing us to carry our booking forward until we could actually travel freely. The villa itself is clean, bright and airy with all the facilities you need. The outdoor area is tranquil and very private. A short walk to a glorious beach, beach bar, supermarket and 2 restaurants. If you are feeling fit, (we didn't have a car this time) there is a lovely new (to us) pizza restaurant called Farra up on the main road which provides an additional option of where to eat. All in all we couldn't have enjoyed our stay anymore and thoroughly recommend it.

Despite the town was extremely busy, the house felt like a quit green oasis due to its location off the main road, so it was great to relax in the beautiful green outdoor area around the pool. Mosquito repellent is definitely recommendable. The spacious house is the perfect size for a family and there were even some games and sand toys to bring to the beach. Karim and Angela were great hosts, always very responsive and helpful with everything. Great place to relax with the family and would definitely stay there again.

Es gibt eine Außen Dusche, eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und es mangelt an weiteren nichts. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit Unseren drei Kindern (3,5 und 8)Der Pool ist fantastisch! Bitte seid aber immer sehr vorsichtig mit kleinen Kindern und Nichtschwimmern !!! Der Strand der Wohnsiedlung ist ebenfalls bombastisch. Er ist überhaupt nicht weit entfernt und selbst unser kleinster ist jeden Tag ganz entspannt dorthin gelaufen. Am Strand kann man Boote mieten und Sonnenliegen. Wir werden ganz bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Das Haus ist vollkommen empfehlenswert! Lucia und Familie

We loved our stay at Villa Ami and would thoroughly recommend this property. One thing to be aware of is that it is situated in an area with unmade roads, with some bumpy stretches.

Binnen iets simpeler, alles wat nodig... behalve schaar maar die zijn er bijna nooit in huur huizen (raar, waarom???) Wel veel boeken (engels) te lezen tijdens verblijf. Zwembad-zout... maar je merkt er echt niets van! En geen chloor! Wij zijn er fan van geworden. Elke kamer eigen airco... maar het huis blijft er ondanks de hitte vrij cool. Qua winkels zijn er bijna geen in Torre Delle Stella. Naast het huis een supermarkt gesloten smiddags, maar dan wel zondag open. Eigenaar maakt verse maaltijden.. salades, lasagne, melazane.... zo opwarmen thuis. Ook een visboer op het terrein... verder is in het dorp een farmacie en nog een supermarkt die ook prima is. En dat is het. Echt winkelen moet je naar Cagliari...45 min. Restaurant in de buurt: Aquarium-pizza, cocktails en lekker buiten zitten. La Monestero ook goed genoeg en dichterbij dan de echt goede restaurants in Cagliari. Veel stranden bezocht: Genne e Mari, loop afstand van villa favoriet... klein, mooi, diepe baai,,, let op bijna geen bedjes/umbrellas te huur,,, dus alles meenemen. Wij waren weg van de restaurant links... met pastas en calamaris, 3x geluncht... andere rechts drukker en mooier maar alleen broodjes en voorverpakt salades. Strand solares ook prima... bedjes te huur bel vooraf Vanity Beach... wel 30 if 40 euro per set. Eten dan wel bij The White Box- grote en lekker uitgebreid voor zo een kleine strand. Het huis zit op terrein met een andere huis van dezelfde eigenaar, achter gesloten hek... heel fijn. En super fijne vakantie in super fijne huis!!!!!! Dank je Sardinia!

We had a wonderful week and we would highly recommend the villa and the area. It is a lovely modern property with a large and very private pool area - nice and near to the beach and a small supermarket/restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay -the vplus
We had a wonderful week and we would highly recommend the villa and the area. It is a lovely modern property with a large and very private pool area - nice and near to the beach and a small supermarket/restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay -the villa is large and airy, with good wifi, tv etc (not that we used the tv) It is very well located from Cagliari - around 40 minutes and near to some other towns like Villamisimus which has more restaurants and shops. Torre Delle Stelle is very quiet outside of July and August so perfect for relaxing, swimming and reading. You can hire motor boats, pedalos and paddle boards at the beach (which is a nice 10 minute walk away) if you want to do more. We also enjoyed walking to the other beach which was slightly further away for a sunset swim. There are two small supermarkets and two restaurants open in the evening and that is it - so the town remains very unspoilt. Our only small comments would be - it might be more convenient to have a microwave in the property (we were always boiling milk on the stove for our coffee)a proper coffee machine and the mosquitoes nets on the windows did not keep out the insects - we were a bit plagued by mosquitoes in the rooms (if you don't have the air con on) and by the pool but it might have just been the time of year! We could also have done with another set of keys as there were 5 of us so we were back and forth to that gate a lot if we were not together. I would highly recommend this property and Angela and Karin were very friendly, response and easy to deal with.

We had already planned to buy a coffee machine that could also make cappuccino for all our properties and now we have one more reason to do it! Regarding the mosquitoes, I am really sorry they were a nuisance, usually there are very few if any in September as it usually does not rain. A very dry summer and some rain in early September have created the ideal environment for mosquitoes. We are currently looking at the best way to reduce if not eliminate the problem entirely. It will be more easily done in the inside but for the outside we will have to find a spray that does not harm the birds but I am sure we will find it. As for the extra set of keys, no problem at all! Karim did not probably remember to ask if you needed an extra set as he usually does. Sorry about this! Had we realised we would brought the extra set straight away! Great location, so close to everything! Gorgeous beach and beach bars. We didn't really need a car in the end as there is a supermarket, pizzeria, fishmonger etc no more than 75m from the house. Lovely house with great pool. Would def stay again.!
Great location, so close to everything! Gorgeous beach and beach bars. We didn't really need a car in the end as there is a supermarket, pizzeria, fishmonger etc no more than 75m from the house. Lovely house with great pool. Would def stay again.!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children had a lovely very chilled and relaxing stay. Sardinia is a beautiful country. The beach within walking distance is great and restaurant/ supermarket also very close where you can buy most things. The road to viplus

The road to villa was extremely bumpy on arrival but Sardinia (Italy in general) had an extremely wet May. We arrived to rain but then had great weather the rest of our stay. If you want a chilled holiday beach days/pool days then I would highly recommend. |

J'ai le plaisir de proposer à la location Villa Dharma, ma villa de vacances de famille dans la magnifique Torre delle Stelle, sur la côte sud-est de la Sardaigne. Villa Dharma a l'avantage d'une piscine privée et d'un jardin luxuriant. En fait, elle est entourée d'un jardin enchanteur avec beaucoup d'arbustes méditerranéens et d'arbres matures. La position de la villa la rend idéale pour tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances reposantes, éventuellement sans voiture. La Villa Dharma est en fait située à seulement 300 m d'une magnifique plage de sable blanc appelée Genn'e Mari et à moins de 100 m du supermarché, du bar, du restaurant et de la pizzeria les plus proches. Tout est accessible à pied. Cependant, si vous décidez de louer une voiture pour explorer les nombreuses beautés naturelles et historiques que le sud de la Sardaigne a à offrir, Villa Dharma offre également l'avantage d'un parking hors rue pour deux voitures. L'eau de la piscine est salée, ce qui la rend plus saine et plus adaptée aux personnes à la peau sensible ou allergiques aux produits chimiques.
Le logement de Villa Dharma est sur deux étages. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend: grand séjour avec cuisine américaine entièrement équipée. L'ensemble de l'espace de vie a été entièrement rénové.
Depuis les grandes portes-fenêtres, vous avez accès à une grande véranda couverte donnant sur le jardin luxuriant et la piscine. La véranda est parfaite pour les repas en plein air et elle a l'avantage d'un barbecue intégré. Il y a aussi une salle de douche complète (la bleue sur les photos) dont l'accès se fait par la véranda. Sur le côté de la villa, nous avons une autre douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide.
Le premier étage comprend: • 4 chambres (trois doubles et une avec un lit superposé) • 2 salles de bains (une en suite à la chambre principale).
La chambre principale et la chambre avec lits superposés ont des portes vers une véranda commune d'où vous pouvez voir la mer. La troisième chambre a également une entrée indépendante.
La zone.
Villa Ami est dans le village renommé appelé «Torre delle Stelle» qui signifie littéralement «Tour des étoiles». Le village tire son nom d'une ancienne tour qui domine toute la région. Toutes les rues portent également le nom d'étoiles et de constellations.
La villa a été construite selon des normes élevées et en conformité avec les règlements de construction italiens les plus récents. Il est donc entièrement certifié en matière de santé et de sécurité. La position qu'elle occupe est particulièrement heureuse. Il est, en fait, à très courte distance à pied de toutes les commodités locales. Le bar, la boutique et le restaurant les plus proches sont à 100 mètres. La plage voisine est à 300 m et est également accessible à pied par les enfants.
Commerces et commodités.
Torre delle Stelle est une zone écologiquement protégée et sa beauté enchante les visiteurs depuis sa création il y a 40 ans. Il est donc devenu l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés du sud de la Sardaigne. Torre delle Stelle possède 2 plages de sable facilement accessibles, Genn’e Mari et Cannesisa. Elle possède également quelques criques de sable et de rochers accessibles en bateau, en kayak ou à la natation.
Il y a des supermarchés, des restaurants, des bars et des pizzerias dans le village. La Torre delle Stelle n'est cependant que partiellement habitée toute l'année. Les commerces et restaurants ne sont donc pas ouverts tous les jours de l'année. Ils sont normalement ouverts tous les jours (7 jours sur 7) de mi-mai à fin octobre. Le reste de l'année, l'un des supermarchés et les bars voisins sont ouverts du vendredi au dimanche inclus. Une autre option serait d'aller dans l'un des supermarchés à environ 15 minutes sur la route qui porte à Cagliari. Les bars de plage sont généralement ouverts de juin à septembre.
Activités.
Les deux plages locales sont idéales pour la plongée avec tuba et la plongée sous-marine.
Torre delle Stelle, grâce à sa position, est la région de la Sardaigne qui jouit du plus long été. On dit, en fait, qu'elle a son propre microclimat.
La plage.
La plage de sable voisine est absolument magnifique et la mer est très sûre pour les enfants. Je viens en vacances ici depuis que mon plus jeune enfant avait 6 mois et mon aîné de 3 ans. Je crois qu'il aurait été difficile de trouver un meilleur emplacement pour nos vacances.
Commodités et que faire ...
La plongée avec tuba et la plongée sous-marine sont un vrai délice sur les deux plages. Torre delle Stelle possède également une école de scuba qui organise entre autres des excursions en haute mer pour les plongeurs expérimentés. Un vrai favori sur la plage voisine est un ancien navire de guerre situé à 1,5 km de la plage et à 56 m de profondeur (pour les plongeurs experts).
Les autres équipements du village incluent: courts de tennis, terrain de football, terrains de basket et aire de jeux.
Torre delle Stelle est située sur la côte sud-est de la Sardaigne. Cagliari, la ville principale de la Sardaigne, et son aéroport sont à 37 km. Villasimius et ses magnifiques plages sont à moins de 20 km.
