Villa Emillia è una splendida villa per vacanze situata sulla splendida costa meridionale della Sardegna all'interno di un complesso di ville private. Il complesso si trova a circa metà strada tra la capitale storica dell'isola, Cagliari, e le famose spiagge di Villasimius.
La posizione collinare che domina il Golfo dei Angeli offre una spettacolare vista sul mare a 180 gradi.
La villa è luminosa, spaziosa e arredata con gusto in stile moderno e confortevole. Può ospitare fino a 6 persone in 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia e una camera per bambini con letto a castello. Ci sono 2 bagni spaziosi, uno su ogni piano.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e sono situate al piano inferiore. Le 2 camere da letto principali si aprono su una graziosa terrazza ombreggiata dove è possibile sedersi e rilassarsi godendosi il giardino e la vista sul mare.
Il piano superiore è open plan e dispone di una confortevole area salotto con TV, lettore DVD e videoteca oltrechè una cucina moderna molto ben attrezzata. Le ampie porte finestre danno accesso alle terrazze che la abbracciano su tre lati. Il lato anteriore della terrazza è arredato per consentire indimenticabili cene all'aperto con vista mare mozzafiato. E' inoltre presente una comoda zona relax perfetta per aperitivi.
Cenare sulla terrazza anteriore la sera è sempre un'esperienza speciale dove potrai assistere a incredibili tramonti sulla baia e sulle montagne in lontananza, il tramonto è diverso ogni sera ma sempre spettacolare!
Scendendo pochi gradini dalla terrazza principale si trova la splendida piscina privata fronte mare con lettini per prendere il sole! La piscina e il giardino guardano a sud e in quanto tali sono baciati dal sole dalle prime ore del mattino fino al tramonto con gli ulivi che forniscono ombra naturale quando il sole diventa troppo intenso.
Villa Emillia, sebbene bifamiliare, è riservata e tranquilla e circondata da giardini con ulivi, oleandri e ibisco. Perfetto per rilassarsi o per divertenti vacanze in famiglia, o per coppie che vogliono sfuggire allo stress della vita moderna.
La villa potrebbe pero non essere adatta per persone con difficoltà di deambulazione in quanto per raggiungere la sua posizione spettacolare occorre salire alcune rampe di scale per un total di 70 gradini. Lo sforzo sarà pero ripagato dall'incomparabile vista.
Villa Emilia è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e distendersi completamente guardando i colori mutevoli e le correnti del mare sottostante. In alternativa potresti usarlo come base per esplorare le splendide spiagge, i siti storici e gli scenari spettacolari della costa meridionale della Sardegna.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern) hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Absolut ruhig gelegen, sehr erholsam. Atemberaubender Blick aufs Meer mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. In naher Umgebung viele wunderschöne Strände zum Baden. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder und würden diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen, der Ruhe und Privatsphäre schätzt.

The villa has plenty of privacy and is very peaceful with lovely views.It was well equipped and comfortable. We were unlucky with the weather through our stay so unfortunately spent more time indoors than most usually would .We found the entertainment system a little dated so would recommend taking iPads etc.A car is a must.A nice neighborhood with helpful neighbors.A great workout for the legs! Not for anyone that would struggle with steps.Well worth the clime though ! It was quite dark walking up from the car to the villa so would recommend having a tourch .In a nutshell,we were pleased with everything but the weather 🙂

A beautiful villa with a breathtaking view

Villa Emilia is a wonderful place to spend your holidays, because of its location with a breathtaking view. We really enjoyed this time. The house is big enough for 6 people. I loved the sea view from the living room. The garden with the olive trees and oleanders is beautiful. We were lucky with the weather and were even able to swim in pool. Karim and Angela were always available and helpful. We hope to come back :)

Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay at Villa Emilia. It has been a pleasure to have you stay with us. Thank you also for your precious advices! After reading your review I contacted the current guests to ask what if anything they needed. Karim is on it now stocking up the kitchen with new spatulas and a couple of pans. I do wish you would have told us though so that we could have intervene during your stay and make your holiday even more comfortable. Sometimes guests do dispose of things when broken and they forget to tell us. Changeover days are always very busy and unfortunately we don't always have the time to make the inventory in the kitchen. However you have done the next guests a bit favour, thanks again also on their behalf.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben die ersten beiden Wochen im Oktober 2020 im Haus vom Cheryl verbracht. Sowohl den Kontakt mit der Vermieterin als auch die Abwicklung bei Ein- und Auszug haben wir persönlich noch nie so großartig erlebt. Schon vor Beginn der Reise hat Cheryl nahezu in Echtzeit auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche (auch im Hinblick auf die Corona-Situation) mit großer Geduld und Freundlichkeit reagiert. Auch vor Ort war sie mit Zuverlässigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft jederzeit erreichbar. Dies hat uns während des gesamten Urlaubs ein sehr gutes Gefühl vermittelt. Das Haus selbst liegt fantastisch, der Blick auf das Meer ist umwerfend. Sowohl außen als auch innen merkt man die Liebe zum Haus. Das Wetter Anfang Oktober war in diesem Jahr nicht durchweg sonnig, sodass wir abends von der großen Sofalandschaft profitieren konnten. Insbesondere für unsere Kinder war der zuverlässige funktionierende WLAN-Zugang ein Highlight. Aufgrund von Cheryls Hinweisen fiel uns das Ankommen am Ort sehr leicht: Naheliegende Supermärkte, Restaurants und atemberaubende Strände wurden uns schon vor der Anreise empfohlen. Wir danken Cheryl herzlich, dass sie uns es in diesen außergewöhnlichen Zeiten so leicht gemacht hat, uns zu entspannen. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Sardinien reisen, dann werden wir sicher wieder bei ihr „einchecken“.

Beautiful clean and well equipped villa nestling on a hillside overlooking the sea and hills of southern Sardinia. This was an amazing holiday location with stunning views at every turn! Cheryl was so supportive and helpful through the whole booking process and very flexible under trying Covid times! Her recommendations of local beaches and restaurants were spot on and we enjoyed a fabulous 10 days both at the villa and visiting the local area. Don’t miss the beach at Sinziasa visit to the cathedral in Cagliari: manmade and natural wonders to behold! Food was delicious both at restaurants and local supermarkets. Loads to see and not enough time ! Would thoroughly recommend the villa!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette somptueuse villa durant une semaine avec mon époux et ma famille. Dès notre arrivée nous l’avons baptisé : la villa des âmes heureuses. Tout a été parfait! Nos échanges avec Cheryl qui furent nombreux car Cheryl est une hote qui se soucis de la satisfaction des convives ! Tout a été expliqué avec minutie. La villa est juste magnifique et conçue pour que vous passiez un superbe séjour. Nous n’oublierons jamais cette vue magnifique. Je recommande ce logement.

We had a wonderful holiday at the villa of Cheryl. The view is really amazing and we enjoyed it a lot. The villa is spacious and very well equipped, with beautiful furniture. Whenever we had a question, it was very easy to reach Cheryl and she tried always to help the best she could. If you are looking for a nice holiday, don’t look further, you found it!

We had an amazing stay at Cheryl‘s Villa. The photos are 100% real the view is just extraordinary. Cheryl answers every question very quickly. Will book again in the future. Perfect for 4 to 6 PersonsFamilies. A car is mandatory because the villa is up the hill and far from the city center. The house is very clean and has everything in it that you need. Julian

What a superb find for our first trip to Sardinia! The communication before our trip was excellent and we were provided with information about local supermarkets, restaurants, beaches etc which we found very useful. Some great tips! The villa itself is located in a beautiful setting and the sunset from the balcony each night is a sight to behold. I could never get bored of looking at the view with the mountains on one side of the bay and Cagliari across the water. The villa was very clean with lovely comfy beds and furnished to a very high standard. The pool was a good size and very clean. We did experience a few problems with the aircon in one of the bedrooms but the owner was in constant contact with us and dealt with it promptly. We had a truly memorable stay in Sardinia and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you so much for letting us stay there!

Our stay at Villa Emillia could not have been any more enjoyable. Cheryl was an amazing host from the moment we first contacted her, responding promptly to any queries and offering much helpful information to enhance our stay. The views from the villa across the pretty garden and swimming pool to the waters of the Gulf of Cagliari were absolutely stunning - beautiful in the photos but even more amazing in reality! And those sunsets... every one seemed better than the last! The villa provided everything we needed for a relaxing week’s stay - the living areas were spacious both inside and out, with plenty of seating, and the beds were very comfortable the air conditioning was invaluable for the sultry nights, and there were even citronella candles provided to deter the bugs! The shower rooms were stylish and contained excellent power showers. There was a great selection of cooking equipment, crockery and glasses (with plastic ones that could be used by the pool) - indispensable as we ate in most nights - and we used the barbecue frequently. There was a large, well-stocked supermarket only 12 minutes drive away. Throughout Villa Emillia there were nice touches provided, including hand towels and soap in the shower rooms, coffee capsules for the coffee machine, and towels for use at the swimming pool. The garden was secluded and well cared for, and contained some lovely flowering plants such as oleander and hibiscus which added to the charm of the place. We ventured out quite a bit while staying at Villa Emillia, our highlights being Castello old town in Cagliari, the Roman (and older) ruins in Nora on the Pula peninsula, and the pretty town of Villasimius with its beautiful sandy beaches. We also had a delightful meal in BDO restaurant in Quartu Sant’Elena which we would highly recommend both for its delicious food and for its friendly, prompt service. All in all, we had the most amazing time and would love to return one day to Villa Emillia to see more of the beautiful, unspoilt coastline and historic sites. A huge thank you to Cheryl for being an exemplary host!
